Role Overview:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our exceptional team based in Coventry. We need someone passionate and determined to go the extra mile to create a home that everyone truly deserves. This includes creating a space filled with activity, new experiences, and most importantly, fun and laughter.

You will be fully supported in your new role with a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing development. This role is both rewarding and challenging, requiring a strong commitment to our values and the ability to handle difficult situations with resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To promote and adhere to the workplace values of Dignus Group (Resilience, Courage, Integrity, Respect, Confidence, and Innovation)
  • Complete key domestic duties daily to maintain a homely environment.
  • To promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of each Person we Support.
  • Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with the People we Support.
  • Manage behaviour positively and assertively by working in line with care and risk assessment management plans.
  • Encourage the development of individual interests and attitudes by planning, organising, and participating in activities.
  • A desire to learn; we provide training and apprenticeships to help you achieve your full potential.
  • Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
  • A good standard of written and verbal English.
