Qualifications

• Experience delivering marketing activity in a commercial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing activity for new builds, mobilisations, and takeovers.
• Visit sites to assess local marketing performance.
• Manage and track signage requests.
• Work closely with Campaign, Design, and Digital teams.
• Represent at housing fairs and sector events.

Skills

Proven experience in a marketing executive or senior executive role

Strong written communication skills

A creative mindset

Experience coordinating show flat dressings

Confidence working with stakeholders

Strong organizational skills

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel nationally
