Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment and selection experience either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven experience of agency relationship management, including review and negotiation on rates.
• Demonstrable success in using social media platforms for recruitment activity.

• Profile the workforce for demographics and skills to create a resourcing plan.
• Lead on recruitment and selection processes with hiring managers.
• Drive weekly reporting on recruitment activity and predictions on future hires.
