A leading parking management company is hiring an Operational Support Analyst to join their Wigan office. This full-time role entails analyzing operational data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a preference for those experienced in the parking or facilities management sector. Operational Support Analyst - Full Time - 42 hours per week - £33,000 Per Annum
Do you have experience working in operations? Do you have a keen eye for detail? APCOA are looking to recruit an Operations Support Analyst to join the PAC business. Based in our Wigan office, this is a key role within the department and will contribute to improving key department metrics in revenue generation, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Support Analyst will provide operational support to the department through continual monitoring of systems, data analysis and process optimisation.
This role is office based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of interpreting data and creating reports that are essential to a business operation, ideally within the parking or facilities management sector.
Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, you will be comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy in your work.
