Operational Support Analyst - Full Time - 42 hours per week - Uxbridge - £33,000 Per Annum

If so, this may be the next career opportunity for you! Due to continued growth, APCOA are looking to recruit an Operations Support Analyst, to join the PAC business. Based in our Uxbridge office, this is a key role within the department and will contribute to improving key department metrics in revenue generation, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Support Analyst will provide operational support to the department through continual monitoring of systems, data analysis and process optimisation. This role is office based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
The main responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, the successful candidate will have proven track record of interpreting data and creating reports that are essential to a business operation, ideally within the parking or facilities management sector.
Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, you will be comfortable in working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy in your work.
