A leading parking solutions provider in Wigan is seeking a Control Room Operative to join their customer service team. You will handle inbound calls and ensure high accuracy in responses while maintaining service standards. Excellent customer service and communication skills are crucial. Training will be provided, and you'll work 3 days on and 3 days off, with a salary of £24,444.40 per annum. This role emphasizes a supportive work environment with development opportunities.

We are looking for highly customer‑focused individuals to join our existing customer service team in Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards.
Working 3 days out of 7 – inclusive of weekends.
3 x 12 hour shifts, 3 days off and this will repeat.
Working hours between 8 AM – 8 PM.
1 hour lunch, 2 x 20 minute break.
