A home care service provider is seeking an Out of Hours Care Co-ordinator to support clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality care, a full UK driving licence, and at least 2 years of experience in care. Responsibilities include working a rota that covers evenings and weekends, managing out-of-hours calls, and ensuring effective delivery of services. Location: Must live within a 20‑minute drive of Hull. Working from home (online) favourable.
About the role: You will support people in their own homes outside office hours, providing care and support, answering calls, and working on a rota that includes evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays.
