Job summary

A prominent heritage organization in East Cowes is seeking a Learning and Participation Officer. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering educational or engagement programmes for schools and/or young people.
  • Experience working with diverse audiences, including young people from under-represented groups.
  • Experience of working with volunteers.
  • Experience of working with external partner organisations or schools.

Responsibilities

  • Support, manage and deliver engaging and inclusive curriculum-linked school activities.
  • Deliver special projects for target audiences, including outreach sessions.
  • Develop resources for pupils, teachers, and young people.
  • Collaborate with site team colleagues and volunteers.
