Qualifications

• You must have extensive experience coding in Python.
• Worked in a solutions engineering, field engineering, or technical pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Supported complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, owning the technical narrative from first conversation through close.
• Built and delivered tailored demos, POCs, or evaluations that materially influenced deal outcomes.
• Earned trust with demanding customers through strong communication skills, technical credibility, and consistent follow-through.
• Operated with a strong sense of ownership, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales motion for complex opportunities.
• Design and deliver high-impact, persona-led demos for actuaries and underwriters.
• Run technically ambitious POVs and innovate at hx Renew’s capabilities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
• Feed real-world customer insight back into Product and Engineering.
