The Property Services team are responsible for statutory compliance, asset management, and tenant-focused housing services.

The Housing Inspector (Damp, Mould & Housing Standards) will undertake responsibilities including damp and mould inspections, HHSRS assessments, housing disrepair cases and stock condition surveys. The role involves diagnosing property hazards, specifying remedial works, and ensuring cases are managed in line with Awaab’s Law and other statutory requirements.
