As a Business Development Executive, you’ll manage a ready-made desk combining existing accounts and new business opportunities. You’ll sell technology and commercial training solutions to B2B clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. This is a 60/40 split between existing accounts and new business (flexing to 70/30 depending on pipeline), with a healthy mix of warm and cold prospects.
Annual revenue target circa £250k‑£300k (ramped). Realistic and well‑supported targets — most new starters exceed 100% in year one.
