A respected academic institution in the UK seeks an effective governance support professional for its Transformation Office. You will play a critical role in ensuring governance processes are maintained while engaging with senior leadership. The role is hybrid with flexible working arrangements. Candidates need strong organizational skills, the ability to manage priorities, and a collaborative spirit. The University of Leeds has a new and ambitious strategic plan. You will join an influential team playing a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders across the University in the implementation and delivery of the plan through providing specialist portfolio governance services.
Working as an integral member of the Transformation Office’s Delivery Assurance Team, you will use your knowledge and experience to provide effective governance support across the portfolio, ensuring clear structures and information flow. This role will drive the quality of project documentation prepared for the University’s senior team members. You will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and take responsibility for ensuring a comprehensive and consistent secretariat service.
It is important that you can build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to ensure governance processes are aligned. You will need an ability to balance priorities, deal with complex information, and work consultatively with others in order to succeed. Working with limited supervision, the ability to organise and work to deadlines will be critical to the success of the role.
