Job summary

A holiday park company in New Milton is seeking a Guest & Owner Experience Co-Ordinator to manage reception operations and provide exceptional service to guests and owners. This fixed-term role of 15 hours per week includes managing bookings, resolving account issues, and supporting the sales team. Candidates should have prior receptionist experience, financial process knowledge, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday work is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or holiday parks.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing and account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with guests and owners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception operations and maintain accurate records for bookings and owner accounts.
  • Process Private Let and Leisure Passes efficiently.
  • Assist owners with post-sale queries and coordinate aftersales services.
  • Support sales team by handling initial enquiries and booking appointments.
  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins and inquiries.
