A leading tech solutions provider in Greater London is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead new business sales of AI-driven CCaaS solutions. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in selling complex SaaS or cloud solutions, particularly to enterprise and mid-market clients. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing clients through the sales cycle, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions. This position offers a hybrid working environment with occasional travel to the office and clients.
Please note: this is a hybrid working role which will require to attend an office in Richmond (TW9), Occasional Client Visit and Home working.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional, with a demonstrable success record within a similar technical solution sales role selling CCaaS, CX or AI led solutions to the mid and enterprise market.
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities for AI‑driven Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, with a primary focus on solutions such as Genesys Cloud.
You will engage with mid‑market and enterprise organisations to help them modernise customer engagement using cloud, AI, and data‑driven contact centre technologies. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, experience navigating complex buying groups, and the ability to articulate the value of AI‑enabled customer experience transformation.
