Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with rent collection and debt management.
  • Upload and maintain compliance documents.
  • Assist lettings team with tenant progression and contract administration.
  • Maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Liaise to resolve resident complaints and provide updates.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
  • Liaise with property managers for compliance document updates.
  • Contribute to move-in and move-out processes.
