Qualifications

  • Full motor vehicle engineering apprenticeship or a technical degree related to automotive engineering.
  • Expert-level technician status required.
  • Extensive experience in vehicle evaluation and product problem investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with central quality teams on Customer Incident Reports.
  • Support requests from internal and external departments.
  • Provide office and field support to Technical Field Managers.
  • Manage processes to achieve deliverables within budget.

Skills

Diagnostic or Expert-level technician
Strong communication skills
Good computer literacy
Ability to analyze and make decisions
Experience in vehicle evaluation
Language skills (French, Italian, German)

Education

Full motor vehicle engineering apprenticeship or technical degree
Electric Vehicle qualification (IMI Level 3 or above)
