• Must be registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Willing to complete all CPD training as part of the GOC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support in store for regulated dispensing.
• Inspire the Optical team by sharing knowledge for best service.
• Listen to customer needs and provide expertise and advice.
• Help customers select suitable eyewear products.
• Support team in delivering operational processes for legal trading.
• Provide expert knowledge for patients with specialist requirements.
