Location: Northampton - The Hub | Hours: 14 hours a week, Weekends only, Saturdays 9 till 17:00 and Sundays 10:30 till 16:30 | Salary: £14.70 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13.45 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant) At Superdrug, we believe in hiring the right individuals for our pharmacies, not just those with qualifications. What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment

Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary

Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism

Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising

We’re Looking For:

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
