In this role, you’ll help shape engaging digital products across web, app, and mobile, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders. From research to delivery, you’ll champion user needs, create high-quality design solutions, and contribute to a culture of customer-first design.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled and imaginative designer to showcase both UX and UI expertise and make a real impact on how customers engage with our digital services.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer and business problems.

  • Lead end-to-end design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration.

  • Deliver intuitive, accessible design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.

  • Conduct usability testing, workshops, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.

  • Present and communicate design concepts and rationale with clarity and confidence.

  • Support implementation with engineering teams, ensuring designs are feasible and high quality.

  • Review released products, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Champion a user-centric design culture across the organisation.

What we’re looking for
  • 3 to 5 years experience as an end-to-end product designer with a portfolio demonstrating UX and UI skills.

  • Strong UX research capability and ability to turn insights into actionable design outcomes.

  • Skilled in Figma, with expertise in design systems, libraries, and rapid design methods.

  • Experience designing for both web/SaaS products and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).

  • Strong grasp of accessibility and visual design principles.

  • Organised, collaborative, and confident in engaging stakeholders.

This position provides the option to work in-person at any of our UK locations, subject to role-specific requirements and availability.
