Development Lead

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Remote work available.

About the Role

As a Development Lead you will be leading a scrum team responsible for our e-commerce integrations. We have a roadmap of work to get started on, including an established product with a bug backlog and scaling challenges that come with rising customer demand and larger data volumes.

You will support your team’s technical and personal development, providing regular feedback and guidance. We ship regularly, with automated deployments at the click of a button, and when you join us, we want you to ship code to production in your first sprint. We prioritise customer success and are rigorous about security at every stage of the development lifecycle. Some of our problems are unique to large software dealing with large datasets, maintaining very high throughput, and 24/7 platform uptime.
