Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5 Technical and Senior Technical Consultants to achieve technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce robust technical standards lưu, reference architectures, and design principles for Computacenter’s Genesys Cloud services.
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate market needs into technical roadmaps, driving the development of new Genesys Cloud services and offerings.
- Provide authoritative technical leadership and design assurance for complex, critical, or high‑risk customer solutions, acting as a point of escalation.
- Serve as an internal technical subject‑matter expert, supporting pre‑sales engagements by delivering technical insights and architectural guidance.
- Maintain hands‑on technical contribution, ensuring team capabilities remain cutting‑edge and aligned with business objectives.
- Champion consistency lezen, reusability, and high‑quality standards across all implementations, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build collaborative relationships with delivery, sales, operational, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic alignment.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is expected (equivalent practical experience may be considered).
Experience: Proven experience in leading technical teams and strong background in Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS platforms, with demonstrated ability to define and govern technical standards.
Required Skills:
- Proven people‑management experience with a focus on developing high‑performance technical teams.
- Hands‑on expertise in Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, NICE CXone, Five9).
- Ability to define, document, and govern technical standards, порядок best practices, and reference architectures.

Salary Range & Benefits
Estimated Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 per annum (subject to experience and circumstances).

Working Hours
