About Us:
We are on a mission to transform home care services, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but thriving with the services we provide.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive a seamless, personalised experience with Redefining Living. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that clients are effectively onboarded, fully utilising the services we offer.
  • Actively monitor and assess client satisfaction, addressing issues or concerns promptly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or enhancing services based on client needs.
  • Gather feedback and work with internal teams to improve services and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, ideally in healthcare or home care services.
