A prominent banking institution is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their Premier Banking team in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls from Premier Customers, addressing their financial queries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Join us as a Customer Service Officer, Premier Banking
You’ll handle inbound calls from Premier Customers regarding a wide range of queries delivering an exceptional service to everyone you speak to. Whether it’s making payments, dealing with banking queries, providing product information or booking customers in to discuss their finances with a relationship manager, you’ll be there to help.

You’ll have experience of working in a customer service environment and enjoy applying your excellent organisational and time management skills to meet customer needs and performance goals.
