You’ll play a vital role in supporting operational, engineering, and office-based teams by ensuring efficient, accurate, and professional service delivery. The Customer Service Advisor will manage work orders, liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and provide administrative support to Contract Managers. You’ll ensure SLA compliance, accurate data entry, and timely closure of tasks while contributing to performance improvements across the contract.
