Customer Service Administrator (ClearCare)

Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? We’re seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dedicated team supporting patients, carers, and hospitals through our ClearCare scheme.

What You’ll Be Doing

ClearCare Scheme Management

  • Liaising with hospitals, patients, and carers to coordinate services.
  • Organising annual servicing and responding to emergencies.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and processing service paperwork.
  • Registering new patients and managing contract closures.
  • Handling quarterly consumables orders and rental device stock.
  • Managing inventory and work orders in JDE, including fixed asset updates.

Customer Service Administration

  • Answering calls and assisting with customer and patient enquiries.
  • Supporting credit control and preparing quotations/invoices.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially with sensitive patient data.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Sales Order Processing systems.
  • Positive, polite, and professional attitude.
