We’re looking for a Customer Recoveries Advisor to join our Financial Services team!

As a Recoveries advisor you will be an integral part of the financial services family. Working closely with our customers and your colleagues you will deliver a solution focussed approach to what can be challenging and complex situations. The ideal candidate will be bright, confident, and able to think on their feet with a truly customer focussed approach.

Ways of Working

Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!

This role is fully office based

Our working hours are 36.17 per week and working hours are between 8am – 8pm. This role is currently operating Monday – Friday but the right candidate will need to be comfortable working shifts Monday – Sunday should the needs of the business change.

What will you do as a Customer Recoveries Advisor at N Brown?
  • Interacting with customers who may be in arrears
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Taking payments
  • Logging and resolving complaints
  • Assisting customer with budgeting
  • Assisting customers with repayment offers
  • Dealing with disputes
  • Maintaining personal records
  • Assisting vulnerable customers
What skills and experience will you have?
  • Ability to operate in a regulated environment
  • Ability to operate and interact using multiple contact channels (Telephony, Written, Digital)
  • Driven and Able to work to KPI’s

  • Ability to review and analyse information at a fast pace
  • Ability to remain controlled in a challenging environment
