You’ll take incoming calls, as well as making outbound calls, to work out and agree a payment plan with the customer.Our customer base is both domestic and commercial, so the ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of people will help you be successful.Day to day, you will;* liaise with internal and external stakeholders;* ensure customer records are kept up to date;* complete any queries within agreed SLA’s.The ability to interpret, sometimes complex, data is needed, as is the ability to multi- task.
