A leading coffee retailer in the UK is looking for a passionate Barista Maestro (Shift Leader) to join their team at Colchester Hospital. In this part-time role, you will lead shifts, train new Baristas, and maintain high-quality coffee standards. This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience and a love for coffee. We are on the look out for our next Barista Maestros ( Shift Leaders) for our Colchester Hospital Costa Store.
As a Barista Maestro (Shift Leader), you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability and autonomy. You’ll get involved with day-to‑day operations, stock maintenance, health & safety, store marketing and other tasty activities. And every day, you’ll be dedicated to creating uplifting experiences for our customers and inspire your team to keep customer service at the heart of everything they do.
This is a Part time fully flexible role including evenings and weekends
