Role Description

This is a full-time role located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Contacts Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the contract market, fostering relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, and main contractors. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
