Job description
Contract Type: Casual
Salary: £13.15 per hour

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city’s waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool – as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.

We are looking to recruit Casual Cleaning Supervisors to join our Cleaning and Waste team!

The successful candidate will supervise and motivate the cleaning team, allocate daily and ad hoc tasks via the Halo system, and ensure all cleaning activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, including event cleaning, window cleaning, and external cladding. The role involves ensuring correct use and storage of equipment and COSHH items, PPE compliance, staff training and licensing, stock control, audits, reporting, and effective communication, as well as supporting staff scheduling, monitoring agency workers, delivering toolbox talks, deputising for the manager when required, and maintaining clean, safe staff and storage areas across the campus.

To succeed in this role, you will be enthusiastic, motivated and a strong team player who complements our experienced and talented team. If you have the drive, passion and ambition to contribute to The ACC Liverpool Group’s continued success, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The ACC Liverpool Group knows the value of having a diverse and representative team across our organisation. We promote equal opportunities and are committed to having an inclusive workforce where everybody feels respected, are treated fairly and diversity is celebrated. As such we strongly encourage and welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates from all members of the community regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion, belief or sexual orientation.
