The Opportunity

As Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with managers and front-line teams to deliver CI projects that make a real impact. We’re looking for someone who combines strong data capability with natural charisma – someone who can uncover insights through data, clearly demonstrate where issues lie, and coach and support colleagues to develop their own solutions. From process optimisation and coaching colleagues, to driving cultural change aligned with our Manufacturing Excellence strategy – this is a role for someone who thrives on problem solving, teamwork, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support continuous improvement (CI) projects aligned to strategic goals.
  • Coach and support colleagues in adopting new behaviours and embedding lean tools.
  • Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate and lead multi-functional improvement teams across value streams.
  • Ensure CI initiatives align with health & safety, food safety and quality standards.
