This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day coordination of the current IPP customer portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B setting, servicing established brands within the supply chain to ensure an excellent level of service.

Overview

As a Commercial Account Representative, you will manage the day-to-day requirements across a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for all customer interactions across multiple channels, focusing on delivering a positive customer experience while building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day requirements across a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process, onboarding new customers, and managing data and reporting.
  • Coordinate full stock take processes, raise and monitor non-conformance reports, and handle credit requests.
  • Communicate annual indexation rates and support key functions such as debt management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Service Centre, Finance, Quality) to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.
  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of key accounts and preparation for customer reviews.
  • Maintain attention to detail, proactively solve problems, and meet KPIs and SLAs through effective task management and prioritisation.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a B2B customer service environment and in coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Ability to manage data, reporting, and end-to-end processes within a fast-paced setting.
