Role and responsibilities

As Clinical Director, you will spend 80% of your time on clinical duties and 20% on non-clinical responsibilities, all based at the hospital branch.

• Provide strategic clinical leadership and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Foster a collaborative environment with regular clinical discussions and monthly team meetings.
• Support and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and wellbeing initiatives.

What you will have
