Client Relationship Manager, Private Capital - The role

As a Client Relationship Manager in our Private Capital team, you will be instrumental in delivering Linklaters' Clients & Sectors strategy. You'll work closely with relationship partners to drive profitable revenue growth, foster proactive and targeted client engagement, and ensure a stand‑out client experience. This role is backed by strategic client feedback and best‑in‑class CRM infrastructure.

You will manage a portfolio of global, cross‑border Private Capital clients‑often spanning multiple sectors‑requiring high levels of coordination and strategic leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading white‑space analysis and identifying high‑margin business opportunities.
  • Coordinating client services across practice areas and managing client reporting.
  • Developing action‑oriented client account plans and aligning team structures to strategic opportunities.
  • Facilitating structured client feedback and ensuring follow‑through on key actions.
  • Building strong relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Championing CRM best practices, including Salesforce adoption, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Driving continuous improvement in client onboarding, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

This is a dynamic and collaborative role within our Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function, offering significant opportunities for learning and growth.
