A true innovator in the Semiconductor ecosystem is searching for a Chief AI Architect, to bring their expertise, vision and ideas, leading the way in HW & SW optimization for Training & Inference.

Your Role

As the Chief AI System Software & Hardware Co-design Architect, you will be at the helm of pioneering this AI system into a new era. Your role involves:

• Shaping the Future of AI: You will be the key technical leader, taking a deep-dive into the core technologies driving NPU chips, setting the direction for ground-breaking innovations.

• Strategizing: Craft and steer comprehensive evolution strategies and Global roadmaps. Your vision will chart the course for Huawei’s dominance in the AI system domain.

• Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies: Spearhead the integration of diverse AI sub-domains including memory hierarchy, interconnect topology, application algorithms, frameworks, runtime environments, modelling, simulation, SDK and compilers. Your expertise will be crucial in synthesizing these elements from a system-centric view, crafting a competitive end-to-end architectural landscape.

• Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve in AI industry and technology trends. Your role involves deeply understanding and predicting the future of AI applications and algorithms. You'll be instrumental in developing key technical architectures for foundational AI software and hardware, addressing critical usability and performance challenges in comprehensive AI solutions.

• Guide and Inspire Technical Teams: As a leader, you will orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects. Your role extends beyond our headquarters, identifying and leveraging global resources to enhance project outcomes.
