A prestigious luxury hotel in London is seeking a Chef de Partie - Pastry to prepare a variety of pastries and desserts according to high standards. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a high-end environment and possess excellent food safety knowledge. This role involves leading junior staff and maintaining impeccable hygiene practices. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of another language is a plus.
Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of pastries, breads, rolls and cakes according to the business’s recipes and quality standards.
