A Sheffield-based Academy is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join their kitchen team. This role involves preparing and serving meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a positive experience during lunch for the pupils. Hours: 16 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Salary: SCP 2-4, FTE £24,601-£25,185
Actual Salary: £9,180-£9,398

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our friendly kitchen team. In this role, you will help prepare and serve nutritious meals to our pupils, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, and assist with cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas. You will play an important part in creating a positive lunchtime experience for our children.
