We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Campsite Warden(s) to join our friendly, joyful crew! If you love the great outdoors and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Experience with the Camping and Caravan Club is a plus, but not a must!

What You’ll Do
  • Work in Our Bar: Serve up smiles and refreshing drinks to our happy campers!
  • Join the Pizza Van Crew: Help whip up delicious pizzas that will keep everyone coming back for more!
  • Engage with Guests: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our campsite feel like home.
  • Grounds maintenance, keeping standards high onsite.
  • General park maintenance to maintain our high standards.
  • Hot tub maintenance (training given).
  • Housekeeping of toilet/shower and amenity block, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness inside and outside. This includes cleaning the facilities block daily and regular checks.
  • Groundworks - mowing, strimming, weeding, tending to shrubs/ container plants, weeding pitches.
  • Looking after the bin store, recycling, and refuse collections.
  • Basic DIY.
  • Booking in / escorting holiday makers to their pitch/cabin, using our computerised booking system.
  • Ensuring the first impressions of the park is the right one.
  • Dealing with late check-ins (after 6pm) (out of hours, emergency call out).
  • Dealing with drop in campers.
  • Supporting the admin team.
  • Late night walk around.
  • General tidy-ups to maintain the campsites high standards.
  • Bar cover/duties (ordering stock).
  • Pizza Wagon - serving, stock maintenance etc.
  • Any other tasks management deem necessary.
Qualifications
  • Caravanning/motorhome knowledge and working on a campsite experience essential.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
  • Self-motivation but also the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
  • A desire to provide at all times the highest level of customer service.
  • A determination to provide the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and flexible.
  • Be prepared to work flexibly across the week.
  • Physically able.
  • Trustworthy – good track record of working with cash.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer skills an advantage.
  • A can do attitude.
  • A practical hands‑on approach to gardening and maintenance tasks.
  • The ability to deal with issues as they arise.
  • A driving licence (please provide a copy with your application).
  • A great sense of humour – you’re going to need it.
Hours

Due to the nature of the role, your working hours are flexible and will cover a variety of shifts, including days, split shifts, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and special events. Contracts will range from approximately 20 hrs each week in shoulder season to 60 hrs each week in high season.

Salary

To be negotiated, plus accumulating holiday pay. Due to the nature of the role holidays are encouraged to be taken at the end of the season.
A pitch will be provided, as part of the package, suitable for a touring caravan or motorhome.
You will receive free use of services, such as electricity, water, laundry and shower/toilet facilities.
