Calendar, Co-Curricular and Trips Coordinator

Salary: £27,261 (actual)

Permanent

Full-time during term time 40 hours a week plus 10 days during the school holidays (flexible for the right candidate)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our busy Administration team as Calendar, Trips and Co-Curricular Coordinator.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the administration, coordination and communication of School activities outside of timetabled lessons, including the school calendar, trips, visits, and co-curricular programmes. You will work closely with the Assistant Head, Co-Curricular and Enrichment and senior leaders to ensure events and activities are accurately planned, compliant with safeguarding and risk management requirements, and professionally communicated to staff, students, and parents.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in building positive relationships with staff, students, and external providers, and demonstrate a flexible, can-do approach to supporting the wider needs of the School.
