Business Operations Manager – Retail and Reuse

Duration: 37 hours (flexibility required)

Salary: £30,000

Location: Based in Rhymney (Caerphilly) and Bridgend with travel

Closing date: Midday on Friday 16th January 2026

We are currently seeking an experienced and enterprising Business Manager (Retail and Reuse). The ideal candidate will be target driven, have strong leadership and commercial skills, a drive to succeed, and experience managing a team. Proven experience of driving business and profit improvement will be beneficial. Candidates will have a good track record of managing social or private sector retail enterprise activity.

Key elements of the role are to set and meet ambitious targets, grow the enterprise, manage a busy team of staff, volunteers and placements, manage stock, sales and logistics for collections and deliveries, and to seek out and deliver new opportunities for growth. The role is both demanding and rewarding, working for a social enterprise within a leading regeneration charity.
