As Business Development Manager, you’ll drive initiatives that expand market reach, strengthen client relationships, and elevate EIP’s competitive position. You’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, mentor colleagues within the Marketing & Business Development team, and embed best practices that support our wider business objectives. Collaborating with sector groups and senior stakeholders, you’ll design and deliver programmes that achieve measurable results in client acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
