Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.
We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.
We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.
We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.
We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high‑energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

Closing Sales - Using effective sales strategies to ultimately win new business and hit your targets.
Product Knowledge- Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of all our different products (Don’t worry, you’ll have lots of training on this!).
Market Feedback- Collaborate with the wider business by providing valuable insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our product offerings
Brand Representation- You will be a representative of Teya and the go‑to person in your territory whilst embodying our values and vision
Your mission is to not only close a large volume of deals but also create lasting partnerships and support with the overall satisfaction and success of our customers by truly understanding their needs. To do that, we’re looking for people with the following attributes
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑related role
Effective time management and organisation skills
A proactive self‑starter who has a desire to go above and beyond ‘good’ to ‘great’
Great team player

A desire to learn and continue to develop

This is a full field sales role.
On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn commission with typical on‑target earnings of £40-50,000 in your first year
25 days of Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass, 1‑1 therapy sessions, meditation sessions and access to digital fitness and nutrition apps
Extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices
Private Medical and Life Insurance
