Job Purpose

The role ofaHGV Business Development Executive isreally importantto Radius and UK Fuels.

You willbe responsible forproviding HGV fuel card solutions to our largest customers and managing thehigh profileportfolio for 12 months.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

Achieve set monthly,quarterlyand yearly sales targets.

Winning new business via cold prospecting.

Manage your full customer base,maintaining,nurturingand growing volume and profit.

Constructing,presentingand closing larger, more complex sales propositions.

Conducting detailed fact find and discovery meetings totruly understandyour customer’s needs.

Working strategically to understand our customer base including size, turnover, keystakeholdersand business strategy.

Gaining customer referrals to support both business andcustomer basedgrowth.

Commercial acumen and the drive tomaintainyour volume and grow to exceed your build plan.

Ability to manage and set clear expectations to customers – always looking to exceed expectations.

Proven to be excellentat selfsourcingfor new business as well as working company supplied data.

A positive,ambitiousand dedicated approach to achieving targets and delivering best in class service to our customers.

Aself motivated, role model individual with the ability to time manage effectively.
