Job summary

A dynamic business services firm in Northern Ireland is seeking a Sales Executive to join their Energy Team. This role involves generating leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining CRM records. Candidates should have at least one year of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A friendly culture, uncapped commission, and generous leave are offered, along with a commitment to inclusivity and continuous improvement. This is an office-based position, requiring 5 days onsite.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a direct B2B sales role, preferably in the energy market.
  • Ability to generate own leads and work in a target-based environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-value sales conversions and ensure the CRM is up to date.
  • Meet sales targets and refer business opportunities to other teams.
  • Work as a motivated team player and follow company policies.

We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.

You’ll report to Becky Barton, Sales Supervisor, on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.

Job Description
  • Delivering high-value sales conversions. Leads will be provided but there will be a requirement to generate your own divisional referrals
  • Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline.
  • Deliver the sales targets.
  • Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
  • To perform the job by the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy.
  • To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year’s experience in a direct B2B sales role within the Irishenergy market,
  • Desirable would be fast turnover sales like telecoms, and financial services/ Insurance.
  • Experience generating their own leads.
  • Able to prove they can work under pressure and in a target-based system.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
  • Experience with a CRM, for example, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Be a team player
