Branch Manager

Quickco, Glasgow

40 Hours, Monday-Friday

£45,000 basic salary with £54,000 OTE and pension, life assurance, single health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Take the lead at Quickco Glasgow as a Branch Manager, where you'll be responsible for driving performance, leading a dedicated team, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, from sales and logistics to team development and customer satisfaction. Your Journey as a Branch Manager:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing branch team, with full line management responsibility
  • Take full ownership of branch sales, operations, resourcing, and customer service to consistently achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs
  • Show a proactive and enthusiastic approach to people management, including HR activities, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognising that our people are our greatest asset
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and branch standards, leading by example and championing a strong safety-first culture
  • Act as a role model for the Company’s core values, embedding them into everyday behaviours and decision‑making
  • Drive a strong customer‑focused culture within the branch, ensuring an excellent customer experience at every opportunity
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our field‑based teams to maximise customer opportunities and overall business performance
