• Minimum of 2-3 years of Management experience in the luxury industry, preferably Fragrance or Beauty.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service following DECIEM experience.
• Lead and manage Counter Associates' duties and development.
• Control stock levels and manage merchandising.
• Communicate challenges to Area Sales Manager.
