We have an opportunity available for Bank Support Workers - Supported Living to join the team at The Academy based in Warrington WA1 2RU.

Role overview — As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you’ll support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. You may assist with medication, access to the community and domestic tasks; days are varied and you’ll need to think on your feet while building relationships with clients and colleagues.

We are not solely focused on formal qualifications; we value your values and ability to build relationships. If you enjoy the little moments of life and want to help tenants live full, happy lives, we want to hear from you. Patience and a sense of humour are also key qualities.
