The Team
Join our Quality, Safety & Improvements Team, part of the central Ground Operations function. This team manages and sets the policies and procedures for safety, readiness, regulatory compliance, training, and continuous improvement in Ground Operations, supporting a safe and on-time operation.
The Role
As Assurance Manager, you’ll lead the development, management, and execution of the quality assurance programme for ground operations. You’ll ensure operational activities meet regulatory, contractual, and internal standards, and drive corrective actions to enhance service delivery and safety outcomes.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
