A leading food business in the UK is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to oversee daily operations at a modern farm. Your responsibilities will include maintaining livestock welfare, supervising staff, and managing farm costs. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and have a willingness to learn. A comprehensive training program will be provided. This role offers a salary of £32,924.12 and additional benefits including 31 days holiday and a pension contribution.

As Assistant Farm Manager, you’ll work closely with the Farm Manager, helping to oversee day-to-day operations on a modern company farm. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the welfare and performance of our livestock, alongside maintaining high standards across the site.
