A London-based Branding & Design Agency is looking for an Assistant Editor to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with Senior Editors and Producers on various projects, including branded films and digital content. We are working with a Branding & Design Agency who specialise in supporting Luxury clients all over the world!

They are looking for an Assistant Editor / Junior Editor to join their team on a perm basis.

This role offers hands‑on experience across the full post‑production process, supporting a variety of projects from branded films and TVCs to short‑form content for digital and social platforms.

Working closely with the Senior Editor, Producers, and Creative Directors, the Assistant Editor will help shape narratives that express the design intent and cultural significance of projects.

A key part of the role includes technical and organisational support—managing project files, maintaining media structures, preparing timelines, and ensuring assets are efficiently catalogued. Your attention to detail and workflow discipline will help uphold the studio’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Editors in developing refined and polished edits for branded films
  • Assemble initial cuts, selects, synced audio, and foundational refinements with precision
  • Manage and organise footage, project files, and timelines to ensure a seamless editorial workflow
  • Prepare exports and deliverables that meet technical and aesthetic standards
  • Collaborate with Producers to maintain schedules and deliver consistently high‑quality work
Skills Required
  • 2+ years of experience within a creative studio, production company, or agency environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with DaVinci Resolve or After Effects is beneficial
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Understanding of colour, sound, and motion principles
  • Strong understanding of professional post‑production workflows, formats, and codecs
